Body Lying On Pulaski Highway Exit Ramp Was Victim Of Fatal Hit-Run Crash: Baltimore PD

Police have identified the victim of a fatal Pulaki Highway hit-and-run crash as a 59-year-old woman.

Pauline Allen was found lying on the exit ramp from Pulaski Highway onto Erdman Avenue around 7:05 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, police in Baltimore said.
