Fiery Crash Involving Fallen Wires Outside SoJo Spa Knocks Power In Edgewater Hundreds of Edgewater residents were left without power on Sunday morning, Jan. 19, following a fiery crash. The crash happened just before 8:30 a.m. outside SoJo Spa at 725 River Road, and left wires across the roadway, the fire department said. Richard Madonna, who was shopping at Trader Joe's on River Road at the time, said the lights went out suddenly.
