Officers were called shortly after 9:30 a.m. on March 11 to the 6000 block of Ebenezer Road in White Marsh, where there were reports that pepper spray had been discharged on a school bus. When officers arrived, they determined that the student had located the pepper spray at their bus stop just before boarding the bus.
