Germantown resident Todd Dixon-Latkovski, 53, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison following a residential burglary in Frederick County last year, according to the state's attorney's office.
On Oct. 28, 2025, officers from the Frederick Police Department were called to investigate a reported burglary, when a homeowner reported waking that morning to discover multiple items missing.
