Home Explosions, Fire, Rock Quiet Cecil County Community Disaster was largely averted on Monday morning when there was a reported explosion and fire inside a Cecil County home. First responders were called at around 9 a.m. on Oct. 21 to a home on Budds Landing Road in Warwick, where they were met with smoke emanating from the roof of the home.  The homeowner, who was found in the garage, confirmed that there had been two explosions in the home and that they were able to safely evacuate while shutting off the gas supply to the residence.
