A man is recovering after being beaten in the head with a baseball bat in Brooklyn Park, authorities say. Bruised, Unconscious Toddler Found Outside DC Building May Have Been Abused, Report Says
A 2-year-old boy found unconscious outside of a Washington DC apartment may have been physically abused, NBC Washington reports citing authorities and sources. A 911 call was placed around 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, reporting the boy was found outside Trinity Plaza at 21 Atlantic St. SW, the outlet said. A school bus was involved in a multi-vehicle crash that tied up traffic for hours on a busy Baltimore County roadway. Shortly after 4 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 3, officers from the Baltimore County Police Department's Essex precinct responded to a stretch of Eastern Boulevard near Bengies Road, where there was a reported crash involving several vehicles. Police said that the crash involved several vehicles including a Baltimore County school bus. At Least One Injured In Early Morning Rockville Basement Fire
At least one person is injured following an early morning basement fire in Rockville, authorities say. Firefighters arrived to the home in the 11700 block of Rocking Horse Road after reports of a fire in a single family home, around 6 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue. Authorities were able to extinguish the flames, that evacuated one man and one woman who were inside of the home. The man was transported to a hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Teenager Rushed To Hospital Following Overnight Baltimore Shooting
A teenage boy was rushed to a hospital after an overnight shooting in Baltimore, authorities say. Officers located the 18-year-old victim just before 3 a.m., Friday, Aug. 26 in the 5300 block of Plainfield Avenue after responding to reports of a shooting, according to Baltimore police. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Senior Living Apartment Fire In Baltimore County Sends One To Hospital
An apartment fire at a senior living apartment in Baltimore County has sent one person to the hospital, authorities say. Firefighters responded to the scene on Clay Lodge Lane in Catonsville where they discovered the fire in a third-floor apartment shortly before 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 23, according to Baltimore County Fire officials. The fire was controlled by 9:45 a.m., officials say. The person inside of the apartment was evaluated by medics and transported to a hospital with reported burn injuries.
