A 38-year-old teacher in Maryland has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a minor, police announced on Sunday. On Friday, Carlos Arroyo was arrested by detectives with the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children Unit following allegations of sexual misconduct involving a juvenile, according to authorities. Taneytown Mayor Bradley Wantz has accepted Police Chief Jason Etzler's resignation after he was placed on administrative leave for "an intra-departmental personnel matter," according to a new WBAL report.
