The Howard County Police Department has identified a suspected shooter who allegedly killed 17-year-old Angelo Little at the Mall in Columbia last month. The man responsible for a shooting outside a Maryland restaurant that left five people injured will spend decades in prison, authorities announced on Wednesday.
