Missing Endangered Alert Canceled Pennsylvania Man Found In Maryland A missing endangered person alert has been canceled for a South Central Pennsylvania man who was last seen in Maryland, police announced Wednesday night, Oct. 9.  Harry Joseph Runkle was just 10 days shy of his 77th birthday when he went missing, according to the York County Regional Police.  Runkle is from the 4900 block of N. Sherman Street in Mount Wolf, East Manchester Township, police explained. He had last been seen at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9. Tornado Watch Issued In Parts Of DC, Maryland, Virginia A Tornado Watch has been issued by the National Weather Service as Tropical Storm Debby continues to batter the DMV region.  Storms are expected to continue overnight, with upwards of four inches of rain possibly pouring in parts of the area, leading to increased risk of floods and "tropical downpours" as the storm continues to travel up the East Coast.
