One person was found dead after firefighters knocked down the flames of a three-alarm fire in Northern Maryland on Monday morning, officials say. Crews from the Frostburg Fire Department and nearby agencies were called at around 3:45 a.m. on July 22 in Allegany County, where a massive blaze broke out in a home on Welsh Hill Road in Frostburg. Tragedy has struck a concerned family after the body of a missing 17-year-old who was swimming was found in the water by the Anne Arundel County Fire Department. Pablo Alejandro Guevara was reported missing by his family after last being seen at around 8:30 p.m. on June 26 in the area of the boat ramp at Elizabeth Landing and Brady Recreation Way in Pasadena. A death investigation has been launched in Maryland after an 80-year-old inmate died at the Western Correctional Institution. Ralph Ruark has been identified as the inmate who was reported dead by EMS personnel on Saturday, June 22 at the Allegany County facility.
