A Baltimore County man accused of drug and weapons offenses following a road rage incident on I-95 in Howard County has been convicted, state police announced. Owings Mills resident Quwan Gordon, 48, was arrested in connection to a midday shooting last summer after firing at another driver during an incident. A traffic stop in Maryland for a suspected DUI driver led to the recovery of a host of drugs from a Baltimore man who was subsequently arrested, state police say. City resident Dwayne Purdie, Jr., 31, was arrested during an early morning traffic stop on July 14 after being spotted by troopers driving questionably, according to authorities.
