A stranger who fired shots at a driver who struck two women with a vehicle outside a Washington County business is facing serious charges, the Hagerstown Police Department announced. On Tuesday morning, officers were called to the 7 Mini Mart on West Franklin Street to investigate reports of shots fired after the women were hit by the car. Police say that a man has been apprehended days after a 52-year-old woman was shot and killed in Baltimore. Neil Cole-El, 56, is facing multiple murder charges following the fatal shooting of Cynceray Washington-Green on Saturday, July 8. An inmate housed inside a Maryland correctional facility will never see the light of day again after getting saucy over some juice boxes and attempting to murder a fellow inmate, authorities announced.
