Police have identified the motorcyclist who was killed in a head-on crash with a stolen Infiniti whose driver and passenger fled on foot in Carroll County, according to the sheriff's office. Taneytown resident Terry Lee Crowl, 55, was killed early on Tuesday morning when he was unexpectedly struck by an Infiniti QX60 and ejected from his Harley Davidson.
