Alcohol is believed to have been a factor for the pedestrian killed in an overnight Calvert County crash that left an unknown man dead at an area hospital, according to the sheriff's office. New details have been released by police following a crash that left a 39-year-old dead she struck a concrete barrier on Friday morning on Route 32 in Howard County.
