A convicted felon wanted in three states was arrested during a domestic assault in Pennsylvania on Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, according to police.
Perez Estavon James, 31, of Hagerstown, MD, was found in a home in the 300 block of Locust Street, Columbia Borough, PA — the scene of the domestic assault, according to a release by area police.
"The investigation resulted in Perez Estavon James being placed under arrest," the police said.

Branden Alfred Holland, 23, of Indian Head, was arrested following an investigation into a domestic assault when he pistol-whipped his female victim and threatened her in Charles County, authorities announced on Monday, Sept. 26.

Three suspects are at large in Maryland after allegedly separately leaving supervision at the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown without authorization.
An alert was issued by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office as they seek the whereabouts of Tyrone Lamont Jackson, Robert William Moreland, and Justin Lee Williams, who are all wanted by investigators.
