Maryland's first Mega Millions millionaire of 2024 is sitting on a ticket worth a seven-figure prize, though it remains unclaimed after the Tuesday, June 4 drawing. A second-tier winning ticket was sold at a Montgomery County gas station, while two other $10,000 winners were sold in Bethesda and Ocean City. A major retailer primarily located in malls and headquartered in Pennsylvania is set to close all 543 of its stores following its third Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Closures for all rue21 locations are expected to be completed within the next two months with going-out-of-business sales coming soon. Case Of Boy's Ocean City Hit-Run Death Cracked
Ten months after a 14-year-old boy was struck and killed in Ocean City, a defendant has been charged. Tyler Mailloux, 22, of Berlin, is facing more than a dozen charges out of Worcester County in the July 2022 hit-and-run death of Gavin Knupp on Grays Corner Road while walking to his sister's car.
