Daycare Worker Charged With Child Abuse In Prince George's County A 21-year-old daycare worker has been arrested for child abuse following an incident at her Prince George's County job, police said. Bowie's Latayzia Forbes became the center of an investigation on Thursday, Aug. 17, when officers were notified of the incident at Starr Childcare Center on Marlboro Pike in District Heights, county police said.
