A pair with a curious business plan are behind bars in Virginia after attempting to clean up by selling stolen Tide detergents "like drugs" in Stafford, according to the sheriff's office. An argument between two men outside of a Calvert County home turned deadly when a Virginia man pulled out a gun and shot his victim on Wednesday night. Fredericksburg resident Anthony Wayne Simpson, 40, is facing murder and other charges in connection to the fatal shooting of 39-year-old North Beach native William Lee Hutcherson near his residence, according to the sheriff's office. A major retailer primarily located in malls and headquartered in Pennsylvania is set to close all 543 of its stores following its third Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Devin Bateman, of Fredericksburg, was just beginning his vacation on the Gulf Shores when he decided to go out for a swim Easter Sunday, according to a GoFundMe launched for his family.
