Hoarding conditions were found as crews responded to a deadly house fire in Baltimore County on Tuesday night, March 19. Three people, including two minors, have now been confirmed dead after a Baltimore townhouse fire left 19 families displaced earlier this week. An 8-year-old boy was one of three people found unconscious when firefighters battled the blaze at the 3400 block of E. Lombard Street in Southeast Baltimore Tuesday, Feb. 27.
