Shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, a crew of more than four dozen firefighters were called to the 6300 block of Woodbine Road, when there was a fast-moving fire reported in the area. Missing Howard County Man, 26, Found Dead The search for a missing Howard County man came to a tragic end over the weekend when he was found dead, police said. Troy David Walter, 26, of Sykesville, had last been seen Thursday, Sept. 15, near 15600 block of Old Frederick Road in Woodbine by a coworker around 10:15 a.m., Howard County police said. It was not immediately clear where his body was found. No foul play was suspected.
