An ankle monitor couldn't keep a teen from reportedly committing a murder after a Baltimore man was found shot to death in a vehicle in Howard County, according to police. Days after Baltimore resident Kendrick McLellan, 26, was found dead inside a vehicle behind an area office building over the weekend, authorities announced that a 17-year-old was arrested in connection to his death. Threats of mass violence continue to plague Maryland schools, this time leading to charges against a student on Wednesday morning in Harford County. Early on Sept. 25, deputies were alerted about a reported claim from a teen made on social media "to shoot up the school. "This is a threat," the high school student posted on Snapchat. One person was reportedly struck by a vehicle in Harford County on Monday morning, resulting in a massive response in Edgewood. Escapee Back In Custody After Going Rogue En Route To Maryland Detention Center, Police Say
William Raynard Herold is back in custody less than two hours after he escaped in Annapolis while being transported to a detention center, police confirmed. Shortly before noon on Thursday, July 11, an alert was issued by the Annapolis Police Department advising that officers, state police, and a police helicopter were hunting for the wanted 22-year-old man, who made his way to a wooded area near the Annapolis Exchange.
