Double Trouble: Maryland Victim Targeted Twice in Four Days, Florida Man Nabbed, Police Say
A Florida man is the latest to be apprehended in connection to a pair of Maryland shootings that saw Washington County native Kenneth Tyrone Jackson targeted twice. The 26-year-old Hagerstown resident made two stops to the Meritus Medical Center in four days after suffering gunshot wounds in separate shootings, according to police. Officers from the Hagerstown Police Department were called at around 2:40 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 15 to the 200 block of West Franklin Street, where there was a reported shooting.
