Reginald Peay, 30, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, Baltimore Police said Monday, March 25. Peay, of Baltimore, is accused of fatally shooting Lenora Alston near the 1000 block of Fulton Avenue on Friday, March 15. Alston was found wounded from gunfire shortly after 2:15 a.m. and was rushed to the hospital, where she later died.
