Dominique Mwepu was identified this week as the pedestrian who was struck and killed on Monday night by the driver of a Honda near the intersection of Frederick Road and High Point Drive. Ernest Dyson Killed By DUI Driver In Hillandale A 39-year-old WSCC worker was killed after being struck by a DUI driver early Sunday, Sept. 8 in Montgomery County, police said. Clinton's Ernest Joseph Dyson was working at New Hampshire Avenue and Rodney Road in Hillandale, when he was struck by a 2011 Volkswagen CC around 4:40 a.m., police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of a black 2011 Volkswagen CC was reportedly uninjured. Dyson, a WSSC Water employee, was on the job at the time he was struck, according to police. No additional details were provided.
