Charles Medina, 31, allegedly passed two bicyclists, including 26-year-old Hannah Rapp, on FM 159 in Brazos County just before 10 a.m. Saturday, July 18, according to the Brazos County Sheriff's Office. A nearly yearlong investigation into cocaine distribution in Nwe Jersey ended with four arrests, along with the seizures of a loaded stolen handgun, multiple drugs, and nearly $2,000 in suspected drug proceeds, police said.
