Shooter In Southeast DC Sentenced For Killing Maryland Man Outside Father's Home: Feds A District man has been sentenced to decades in prison for gunning down Maryland native Toussaunt Strong outside his father's home in the Shipley Terrace neighborhood more than three years ago, authorities announced. Ravel Mills, 29, was found guilty by a jury last October of second-degree murder while armed and other offenses for killing the Montgomery County native in Southeast DC in 2020.
