Hit-Run Driver Who Killed Pedestrian In Prince George's County Charged With Manslaughter
A hit-and-run driver who killed a 64-year-old District woman in Prince George's County has been apprehend, the Bladensburg Police Department announced. Beltsville resident Jerome Michael Phillip Young, 42, was arrested on a warrant following the investigation into the fatal crash involving Susan Woodard earlier this month.
