ICE Arrests 'Non-Criminal’ Murder Suspect In Virginia: Feds
A Salvadoran national wanted for murder in his home country was arrested in Fairfax County, as federal agents tracked him down in Northern Virginia, according to ICE.
Marco Tulio Lopez-Romero, 44, was arrested in Reston on Tuesday, March 31, by ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers. In Fairfax County, agents located Lopez-Romero in the Washington, DC region and took him into custody outside his home following an investigation into his whereabouts.

A major concert series will headline the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh, the NFL announced, bringing a mix of hometown talent and global star power to the three-day event.
Wiz Khalifa, Bret Michaels, and Kane Brown will lead the NFL Draft Entertainment Series presented by Bud Light from April 23 through April 25 at the Draft Theater next to Acrisure Stadium.
All performances are free, with standing room available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The lineup includes strong Western Pennsylvania ties.

A Maryland GOP consultant is accused of stealing about $200,000 from a candidate’s campaign, then using the money to help refinance his yacht, federal prosecutors said.
James Appel, 58, of Annapolis, was indicted on wire fraud and money laundering charges, the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland announced this week.
Appel, who worked as a treasurer for multiple political candidates and organizations, is accused of taking $100,000 from a Maryland State Delegate’s campaign and another $100,000 from an Anne Arundel County community group.
