Another storm may bring upwards of an inch of snow to parts of Maryland, Virginia, and DC on Sunday, according to forecasters.
While the DMV region won't face the same perils that forced the NFL to postpone the Buffalo Bills playoff game in upstate New York, some parts of the area may see a wintry mix on Jan. 14 as they celebrate the holiday weekend.

Tens of thousands of residents throughout the DMV region are in the dark as whipping winds and heavy rains have knocked out power to some neighborhoods and businesses.
With the worst of the storm yet to come, as of 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 9 Baltimore Gas and Electric crews were still working to repair 720 active outages impacting 34,513 of the company's 1,348,380.

Florida Man Arrested For Threatening To Kill US Congressman, Children In DC
An elderly Florida man is facing charges for threatening to kill a US Congressman and his children in a series of messages left for him late last month, federal authorities announced.
Michael Shapiro, 72, of Greenacres, Florida, was arrested this week and charged with threatening a public official through at least five voicemails going after he and his family.
The threats were reportedly targeting Democratic California Rep. Eric Swalwell.
