Traffic Delayed On I-95 For Dump Truck Crash Under Maryland Overpass Some lanes were blocked on I-95 in Northern Maryland in advance of Tuesday's afternoon commute following a crash involving a dump truck and vehicle under a busy bridge in Harford County.
