A 22-year-old man has been accused of sexually assaulting a transgender person he targeted using a dating app in Maryland. Jalen Green was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree assault, armed robbery, weapons offenses, and other related charges, Baltimore County Police said Thursday, Feb. 15.
