Investigators say the suspect shot 46-year-old Ronald Carroll on Aug. 18 in the 1900 block of East North Avenue. Carroll succumbed to his injuries days later on Aug. 22 while hospitalized. After a months-long investigation, Eastern District Action Team officers apprehended the teen suspect on Nov. 18 around 11:50 a.m. in the 1800 block of North Collington Avenue. Man Killed In Late Night Baltimore Shooting Police are investigating a murder that occurred overnight in Baltimore, authorities say. Investigators were able to locate the 35-year-old man who was suffering from gunshot wounds after a Shot Spotter alert was received in the 2600 block of Garrett Avenue shortly before midnight, Monday, Nov. 28, according to Baltimore police. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later died.  Homicide detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
