The motorcyclist who was pulled from the waters under I-95 in Baltimore on Monday afternoon after crashing has died, Maryland Transportation Authority Police officials confirmed. At approximately 12:40 p.m. on April 29, officers were called to the southbound ramp of I-395 leading to I-95 south, where there was a reported crash that involved a rider being ejected and sent over the barrier and into the water below.
