A woman and two dogs were killed in a devastating trailer blaze that broke out Friday night in Cecil County, the Maryland Fir Marshal's Office announced. A naked woman kidnapped from a Washington DC convenience store was found in the back of a U-Haul after a police pursuit and crash in Prince George's County.
