Man Assaulted By Pair With Axe Handle Busted With Stolen Vehicle In Anne Arundel County: PD Two men were arrested and a third charged in Anne Arundel County after an axe handle assault of a suspect driving a stolen car in Linthicum, authorities announced. Gwynn Oak resident Malik Anthony Carr, 27, and Markell Armon Carr, 25, of Baltimore, were both taken into custody for their alleged roles in the assault of city resident Brian Keith Whittington on Tuesday morning.
