Police ID Man Found Dead In Vehicle Behind Maryland Office Building A Baltimore man was found dead inside a vehicle behind a Howard County office building over the weekend, now investigators are seeking information. Kendrick McLellan, 26, has been identified by the Howard County Police Department as the person found dead early on Saturday morning in Columbia.
