An alert was issued by the Harford County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday morning regarding Melody Fofana, 13, who was last seen on Friday, Oct. 11 in Joppatowne and may be in the Windsor Mill area. The alert comes one day after the region scrambled to locate 7-year-old Khalil Rodney Ringgold, who was reportedly abducted near his school and later located safely. Sherlyn Ann Pitts, 65; her niece, Sheena Yvonne Smothers, 38; and Sheena's 17-year-old son, Jaylin, died on Saturday, Aug. 26 in Joppatowne.  Police say 34-year-old Devin Brown shot them on Trimble Road, then turned the gun on himself.
