Truck Driver Killed By Teen On Shoulder Of I-95: Maryland State Police A pair of New Yorkers were involved in a fatal crash on I-95 in Harford County overnight, according to Maryland State Police. Rajwinder Singh, 22, of Hicksville, was killed on Wednesday, April 5, when he got out of his disabled tractor-trailer on the side of the interstate in Abingdon and was struck by Roosevelt resident Abbas Zaheer, 19, who police say lost control of his Toyota Camry.
