A Baltimore courthouse had to be temporarily locked down on Monday afternoon after a staffer inside the building got a letter with a suspicious white powder inside, officials say. A building had to be evacuated on Tuesday afternoon due to a carbon dioxide leak at a Baltimore County dispensary. HazMat crews were called to Plant 3(Curio) at 5 West Aylesbury Road in Timonium at around 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 26 to investigate a report of an uncontained issue, officials say.
