A serious multiple-vehicle crash on Interstate 83 caused delays which led to another crash in Pennsylvania, authorities told Daily Voice on Thursday. A fatal crash is now known to have been caused by a tractor-trailer going the wrong way on Interstate 83 in York County, Pennsylvania, authorities explained late on Monday night. Hendry Tamarez Nunez, 47, of the 800 block of Showell Court, Baltimore, Maryland has been identified as the man who died at the scene of the crash, York County Coroner Pam Gay said. Traffic was tied up in Northern Maryland on Friday afternoon when a dump truck overturned on Mountain Road at the ramp to southbound I-95.
