'Sweet And Goofy': Crash That Killed Baltimore Bicyclist Aimee Whiteford Shatters Community Police in Baltimore County are seeking the public’s help as they try to track down a hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a beloved bicyclist before speeding away. Aimee Whiteford, 46, was biking over the weekend when she attempted to cross Rossville Boulevard near Franklin Square Drive and she was struck by a driver who was traveling in the opposite direction along the roadway. Whiteford, a mom of two, was hit by the driver, who did not remain at the scene and remains at large.
