Trapped Driver Rescued After SUV Flips Into Woods Off Bel Air Bypass (Photos) A driver had to be rescued from a wrecked SUV after a crash sent two vehicles careening down an embankment and into the woods in Maryland on Friday morning. The crash was reported shortly before 9 a.m. on June 12 at the intersection of the Bel Air Bypass (US-1) and Water Tower Way, according to Harford County Fire & EMS and the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company.
