The DMV area is mourning after the loss of a legendary boxing coach killed over the weekend, according to multiple reports.
Arthur "Buddy" Harrison, Jr., 62, was identified as the victim in a shooting in the 2700 block of 30th Street around 11:39 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 24, the reports continue.
Harrison was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

Havre de Grace resident Anthony Jai Wilson, 24, has been apprehended and is facing multiple charges in connection to the shooting of a man at approximately 2:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 28, in Aberdeen, police announced over the weekend.

Five new suspects have been apprehended in connection to a fatal Fourth of July shooting in Maryland, bringing the total to nine arrests, according to state police.
In Dorchester County, Tyuane Johnson, 24, of Cambridge was shot on Monday, July 4 in the 1000 block of Cosby Lane, police said, later succumbing to his injuries after being rushed to the Dorchester General Hospital.
