Father Of Four Killed In I-95 Dump Truck Crash In Prince George's 'Was Pillar Of Family:' Wife A father of four who had a 1-year-old child before a fatal dump truck crash on I-95 in Maryland is being remembered by his family as a man who was "full of life, always smiling and making others laugh."  At around 9:15 a.m. on Aug. 20, several lanes were closed on the interstate near Brooklyn Bridge Road in Laurel, when a driver crashed off the roadway and had to be airlifted to an area hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
