Butcher Shop, Century-Old Home Destroyed By Two-Alarm Blaze: Maryland Fire Marshal Nearly a million dollars in damage was caused when a butcher shop fire spread to a home of a vacant home that has stood for more than a century in Maryland, officials say. First responders were called shortly before 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, to the 5000 block of Stone Boundary Road in Cambridge, where the owner of a butcher shop reported a fire that rapidly spread to nearby structures.
