Family Of Mass. Teen Who Died After Spicy 'One Chip Challenge' Plans To Sue, Law Firm Says A law firm representing the family of a 14-year-old Worcester boy who died shortly after trying the spicy One Chip Challenge signaled on Wednesday, July 10, that they plan to file a lawsuit over his death.  Harris Wolobah died on Sept. 1, 2023. An autopsy found that the Doherty Memorial High School student suffered cardiopulmonary arrest “in the setting of recent ingestion of food substance with high capsaicin concentration,” according to the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security.
