The Spotted Cow Cafe, located at East View Farm in Rutland, offers a ton of coffee flavors and baked goods, but what really pulls people in are their colorful and creative coffee flights.

The flights can feature hot and iced coffee options with a multitude of flavors from chocolate raspberry cold brew and Twix to blueberry cheesecake and toasted almond.

You can also balance out your palette with other beverages like a pineapple passionfruit refresher or raspberry zinger iced tea.

To keep customers on their toes even more, Spotted Cow recently revealed that they will be re-locating. Owner Rachel said that while it is unfortunate to be leaving her current space, she sees big plans for the cafe in 2023.

"We have secured several other options for our new home [and] while we end our time at our first location, we will be opening another sit down location nearby," Rachel wrote on Facebook. "We also have plans-in-the-making to operate a Spotted Cow Coffee Cart at many new events in town and surrounding areas!"

The owner also said she is looking at putting full kitchens in every location to expand their menu and offer breakfast and lunch options every day. More information and updates on the Spotted Cow Cafe can be found on their Facebook page.
