Jeremy Bouchard, of Erving, won the massive payday playing the “$4,000,000 Jumbo Cash” $10 scratch-off game. He said he hadn't played that ticket in a long time and was shocked with the result.
Bouchard elected to take the lump sum payment of $2.6M (before taxes) rather than the annuity. His partner Victoria Gibson joined him when he collected the check.
Bouchard said he plans to buy a home and car with the money.
He bought the ticket at Sandri Stop Mart at 416 Federal St. in Greenfield. The store will get a $40,000 bonus for the sale.
