New Haven County resident Kharis Samuels, age 20, of Waterbury, surrendered on Monday, June 27. Litchfield County resident, Kerry Caviasca, age 36, of Watertown, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 16 by Waterbury Police in New Haven County for an incident that occurred earlier this year. Derek St. Hilaire, age 21, of Waterbury, was apprehended on Sunday, Sept. 26 for the shooting of an 18-year-old woman on Thursday, Sept. 23.
