Troopers in Tolland County responded to the East Brook Mall, located at 95 Storrs Road in Mansfield, after receiving a report of a man exposing himself to customers at about 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 23, Connecticut State Police reported. A complainant told police that the suspect sat in the driver's seat of a white van while nude from the waist down, and the door was left wide open, authorities said. Man Nabbed With Taser For Exposing Himself In Region, Police Say A Connecticut man who was hit with a stun gun at a mall to keep him from fleeing from officers has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself at a nearby bus stop. The Hartford County incident took place in in Manchester around 4:15 p.m., Tuesday, April 12. Joseph Murrell, age 53, of Hartford, was arrested after police responded to a bus stop on Slater Street for an indecent exposure complaint, said Lt. Ryan Shea of the Manchester Police.
